About Truth's Community Clinic
OUR STORY
In 2003 a small group of visionaries from Hebron Baptist Church saw a need for a free clinic that would minister to the health and spiritual needs of those in our community who were of low income, had no insurance, and had little or no hope of receiving the health care they needed for their families.
Today, Hebron Community Health Center continues to do the work it was founded to do, but has added a trade name of Truth’s Community Clinic, to better represent those serving with the clinic. For years the clinic has brought in volunteers from many community churches and organizations, so we wanted to better reflect that we are serving Truth.

Sharing Truth Through Medical and Dental Missions
We want our community to see the body of Christ coming together beyond the walls of our churches to be the hands and feet of Christ. We want them to see believers working together, united by our faith and committed to carrying out the mission the Lord has given us.
To fulfill this mission, Truth’s Community Clinic provides non emergency primary care, including medical, pharmaceutical, and dental services, at little or no cost to those in need. We also partner with Nothing but the Truth Ministry, another local faith based nonprofit, to connect our patients with a Christ centered ESL program, K through 5th grade Reading Club, Bible lessons, weekly dinners, and Life Conversation Groups. Located in the same office complex and sharing space, these two ministries work together to address the physical, spiritual, and practical needs of people in our community, primarily in Lawrenceville and throughout Gwinnett County.
